TERMS & CONDITIONS 1.Reference exchange rate of 1GBP=9CNY 2.The quote we provide is in Chinese Yuan-CNY, the equivalent quote in GBP is based on current exchange rate between CNY and GBP. The quote in GBP is subjected to slight change because of the fluctuation of the exchange rate, though our quote in CNY remains unchanged. 3.This offer is valid before XXX. Prices may change after this date. We recommend you to book early to secure the best price. 4.Price is calculated on 2 adults traveling together; any change in number of persons will result in re-pricing. 5.No hotel rooms or flights are reserved so far. We will proceed to start the reservation after receiving your deposit. The confirmation of rooms at desired hotels are subject to availability on the day of making the booking. In case rooms are not available at the hotel foreseen/desired bookings will be made in alternate or similar category or the next best available hotel. Any supplement/ reduction applicable in such cases will be payable accordingly. Any child at/over the age of 12 is considered as an adult and does not qualify for children discounts. BOOKING & CANCELLATION Bookings 1.To secure your reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total tour cost is required at the time of booking. 2.The full payment must be settled no later than 45 days before the scheduled departure date. 3.We accept payments through Credit Card, PayPal, and Wire Transfer. Kindly note that a 3% processing fee is applicable to Credit Card and PayPal transactions, and for Wire Transfers, a standard bank fee per transaction may apply. Any associated fees are the responsibility of the payee. Cancellation Policies Note: This policy does not apply to products with a separate cancellation policy. The cancellation fee structure is as follows: 1.No less than 45 days prior to the scheduled departure date: 15% of the full payment per person. 2.45 to 15 days prior to the scheduled departure date: 30% of the full payment per person. 3.14 to 7 days prior to the scheduled departure date: 50% of the full payment per person. 4.6 to 0 days prior to the scheduled departure date: 100% of the full payment per person. Additionally, any applicable cancellation fees imposed by service providers other than Utour (such as banks, payment platforms, airlines, cruises, hotels, railway companies, etc.) will be deducted from the refundable amount. Traveler substitutions are regarded as reservation cancellations and are subject to the aforementioned cancellation fees. In the event of a cancellation due to medical reasons, the customer is required to provide a medical certificate. Upon receipt, we will issue a credit note equivalent to 50% of the booking value. This credit note is valid for one year from the cancellation date and can be applied to another departure. However, it will not be issued for departures during peak seasons. Once the trip commences, we are unable to refund any amount for unused services resulting from early departure, late arrival, or missed tour days. Unused services encompass but are not limited to, hotels, air or train tickets, meals, and admission fees. Please Note: Specific promotions may have distinct cancellation policies.
